Ok for organizing I have lots of ideas and no time to implement it myself HEHE! HOWEVER a few years back (my very organized son needed some clever storage for desk items) before my son left for college I got the metal memo boards when he was still at home
:( they sell them at pottery barn kids and they have a bunch of holes and coordinating bins, magnet ones with little lids that lock in place. clips that are super sturdy etc. He used that for his paper clips, extra leads for his lead pencils, he would clip his volunteer badges to (which are like necklaces that go around his neck) When I saw how neat his space was I immediately thought how neat would this be for Michaela's ever growing collection of her custom beaded necklaces. (of course most of them ordered from creme de la gems!! So we have our eye on these and if he decides not to take them with him to his dorm we are taking over. I also noticed pottery barn (the adult site) has alot of these wall storage clever items. Just a thought but when you are dealing with tiny little beads keeping them off the workspace and organized in a clear able to view space on the wall is probably want would work best for you! Good luck Mewzette loyal customer in Newport Beach California!!
