saying goodbye + saying hello

Goodbye House.
Goodbye Suburbia.
Goodbye Cottonwood Elementary.
Goodbye Friends & Family.

We have just one week left in {Canyon Hills} Lake Elsinore, California.

Don't get me wrong.
I am really really happy we are moving, and excited to start a new chapter in our lives.
God Has Called us elsewhere :)

HELLO GORGEOUS & SERENE Rural Beach Community

but.

I'm sad to leave our friends and family.
I'm scared of the unknown of our future.
I'm worried about my 20 year old son Justin, I leave behind.

{Christmas 2010}

Justin is a big boy now, but I'm a "paranoid mamma," as he puts it ;)
I tell him..."being your paranoid mamma is my job!"
I know he appreciates my way of caring ;)

but.

Instead of being one hour apart...
We will be three-four hours apart.
pink heart = moving from / white heart = justin / green heart = moving to

Although Justin is 20 years old...you can imagine my prayers, I'm sure.
(breathe Tracy, breathe...)

We have lots of excitement to look forward too...
HELLO land!

Rex and Steve will have wide open space to RUN.
And boy... do these little guys need it!
Not to mention that Aidan & I cannot wait to run & play too...

We get to regularly visit our favorite places!

Morro Bay (above) & Montana De Oro Campground

HELLO Beauty
 HELLO Cooler weather
HELLO Fresh Air
HELLO GODS CALLING.

We Trust In You.
And if I forget to Thank YOU in all the craziness
of our changing life.
let me Thank YOU now.

We don't know what our future brings.
All we know is that God has a plan for our family, which requires
this move.
So we must say goodbye.
And we are excited to say hello.

Have you gone through a life change recently?

I love the home you're leaving and I love the home you're going to! I am ca-razy! about white Southern Style homes.

Hi. Thank you for sharing your story. IT is a beautiful area where you were and are moving to. I love the CA coast and have always wanted to live there myself. My family and I will be moving the end of the summer to Pittsburgh, PA. Not very happy about it. It is for my husband's job and a great opportunity for him and for our whole family. I hope I am surprised somehow. It is very hard to leave special friends and family and I am having a hard time with it so when I read your post it helped me! Good luck to you.

Hi Lorraine! I can imaging just how you feel. I've never been to Pittsburgh, but I hope you and your family grow to love it there!

Please keep in touch... we can help each other through our changes :)

Thank you for posting & good luck to you too! xo
