How long can I expect to receive my order?
Average time to create your custom jewelry is 2-3 weeks, plus transit time. However, during Holidays (Christmas, Valentines & Mothers Day) please allow an extra week or two for orders to ship. LAST DAY FOR HAND STAMPED JEWELRY ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS IS: December 1, 2011.

What exactly does "hand stamped" mean?
We use custom letter & design metal stamps which are individually hand stamped onto sterling silver charms and pendants. Hand stamping is often not perfect, and letters may be slightly crooked, which gives our jewelry charm, warmth and a handcrafted appearance.
What is the difference between brushed satin, oxidized & shiny sterling silver?
{Brushed satin}...our most popular...is when we softly sand our sterling silver, to give it a "matted" silver appearance.
{Oxidized}...my personal favorite...gives an antiqued or rustic appearance, that tends to darken with age.
{Shiny}...is when we polish your pendants and charms, giving your design a classic look.

Do you accept International orders?
Yes, we ship Internationally but cannot guarantee a shipping time frame once your order has been shipped due to customs. We are not responsible for charges acquired in customs.
There was a mistake with my order.
I dislike making mistakes, but it's known to happen. If the mistake was caused from my end, I will kindly replace your jewelry after the original is received back in my hands. I do not refund shipping fees for returned items, however I will re-ship back to you at no extra charge. If the mistake was that of our buyer, please contact me.

Do you take custom clay orders?
I take custom orders on a case by case basis due to overwhelming demand. I will be stocking plenty of my treasured one of a kind original items here around the Holidays.
